Susan Jones
Sr. Director, CPG Solutions

Susan has been a member of the Inmar team for more than 24 years, holding several positions involving promotion consulting, analytics, operations, and marketing as well as product management. A results-oriented leader with extensive experience in the development, marketing, and delivery of consumer promotion solutions, Susan is highly skilled at translating strategic business and marketing plans into tangible, measurable results. In her current position, Susan leads a team of product solution experts and business insights managers who craft holistic and strategic solution strategies to address CPG client needs and to drive value. She received her undergraduate degree from Lenoir-Rhyne University and her MBA from Wake Forest University.

Dick Diblasio
Divisional Vice President, Emerging Brand Sales

Dick has been with Inmar since 1990. He has held a variety of managerial positions in sales, client service and product management. He currently serves as Divisional Vice President, Emerging Brand Sales. Prior to Inmar, Dick worked at Nielsen Market Research as a Field Representative and at NCH Promotion Services in Sales and Client Services. He received a BS degree in Business Administration from Valparaiso University. 

Michael Davenport
Senior Analytics Lead, Promotion Analytics

Michael has been a member of the Inmar Promotion Analytics team for five years since his graduation with a Master’s degree in Economics from North Carolina State University.  Leveraging his strong background in data analysis, Michael works with CPGs, retailers, and agencies, helping them plan, optimize and analyze promotion spend. Michael also provides deep statistical and industry trends analysis for Inmar’s annual Promotion Industry Analysis.
