Presented by: Susan Jones, Senior Director, Shopper and Promotion Analytics Taylor Whitaker, Shopper Analytics Lead Katie Wang, Shopper Analytics Researcher
Since 2013, Inmar's Shopper Behavior Study has gone straight to the source to give brands and retailers answers to the questions that keep them up at night. Questions such as:
What elements of the shopping experience are most important to today's shoppers?
What are the pervasive attitudes towards savings and how can I make my promotions more compelling?
How do promotions influence purchase decisions at each stage of the shopping journey?
Having analyzed the responses of more than one thousand surveyed shoppers, Inmar has extracted key insights about shopper attitudes, preferences and behaviors which are essential for answering these questions and preparing marketers to deliver relevant content and a positive shopping experience to their target shoppers.
Join experts Susan Jones, Taylor Whitaker and Katie Wang on May 4th from 2:00-3:00 PM EST for a sampling of the key insights and analyses from Inmar's annual Shopper Behavior Study.
