Susan Jones Senior Director, Promotion Analytics
Susan has been a member of the Inmar team for more than 20 years, holding a number of positions involving promotion consulting, operations and marketing as well as product management and development. A results-oriented leader with extensive experience in the development, marketing and delivery of consumer promotion solutions, Susan is highly skilled at translating strategic business and marketing plans into tangible, measurable results. In her present position, Susan is focused on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of clients' consumer-facing promotions. She received her undergraduate degree from Lenoir-Rhyne University and her MBA from Wake Forest University.
Amy has been in the promotion industry for nine years and has worked in analytics since 2014. With her extensive command of manufacturer coupon processing, data analytics and process improvement, Amy brings both strategic and operational insight to her work with Inmar's Promotion Analytics team. She supports a variety of leading manufacturers – across a diverse set of verticals – helping them plan, assess and optimize multi-method promotion campaigns. Amy holds a BA in English Literature from Fort Hays State University and a Master's in Business Administration from High Point University.
Michael Davenport Analytics Lead, Promotion Analytics
Michael has been a member of the Inmar Promotion Analytics team for four years since his graduation with a Master's degree in Economics from North Carolina State University. Leveraging his strong background in data analysis, Michael works with CPGs, retailers, and agencies – assisting them to plan, optimize and analyze promotion spend. Michael also provides deep statistical and industry trends analysis for Inmar's annual Promotion Industry Analysis.
